立法院衛環委員會昨（十七）審查勞動基準法修正草案，針對第二十四條有關延長工時加班費部分，以及第三十六條有關一例一休或二例部分，經過二個多小時的討論，最後投票以五比三決議保留送交朝野協商。
經過前一天公聽會的紛擾，立法院衛環委員會昨天議程終於平和的進入勞動基準法修正草案相關版本的併案審查。也許外界把焦點聚集在司法法制委員會有關同性婚姻合法化相關草案的審查，也讓衛環委員會沒有過去審查勞基法的火藥味。
由於國民黨的周休二日與行政院版的一例一休仍無共識，會中，主席陳瑩裁示把第二十四條跟第三十六條的審查予以保留，送院會朝野協商，經過表決，贊成的有五位委員，反對的三位，決議第二十四條跟第三十六條保留送交朝野協商。
