豪山熱水器 勞基法修正草案送朝野協商

立法院衛環委員會昨（十七）審查勞動基準法修正草案，針對第二十四條有關延長工時加班費部分，以及第三十六條有關一例一休或二例部分，經過二個多小時的討論，最後投票以五比三決議保留送交朝野協商。

經過前一天公聽會的紛擾，立法院衛環委員會昨天議程終於平和的進入勞動基準法修正草案相關版本的併案審查。也許外界把焦點聚集在司法法制委員會有關同性婚姻合法化相關草案的審查，也讓衛環委員會沒有過去審查勞基法的火藥味。

由於國民黨的周休二日與行政院版的一例一休仍無共識，會中，主席陳瑩裁示把第二十四條跟第三十六條的審查予以保留，送院會朝野協商，經過表決，贊成的有五位委員，反對的三位，決議第二十四條跟第三十六條保留送交朝野協商。

當舖借錢利息 總統官邸周邊空域 國安局：加強空拍機頻率偵測

立法院外交及國防委員會今(7)日邀請國家安全局長彭勝竹作業務報告，特勤中心證實蔡英文總統已於7日搬入愛國西路的永和官邸，相關警衛部署也已完成。

過去每當發生共諜案，民進黨方面經常批評軍方保防體系保防效果不佳，民進黨立委王定宇7日在立院質詢時卻罕見肯定軍方保防體系做得比其他政府單位好，並詢問彭勝竹中國大陸是否有資助台灣的幫派與政黨組織。

彭勝竹答詢表示，國安局一直有掌握中國大陸對台灣民間組織滲透的情形。

王定宇質詢時更關心蔡英文是否已搬入永和官邸，對於官邸周邊空域是否有防範空拍機闖入?

特勤中心指揮官何保林答詢時證實，蔡英文已於7日正式搬入官邸，相關警衛部署也已完成，陳情抗議區也完成設置。彭勝竹答詢時表示，國安局將加強官邸周邊空拍機頻率的偵測。

針對多位委員詢問美國總統大選國安局的情資蒐集，彭勝竹表示，川普與希拉蕊勢均力敵，民調差異在誤差範圍之內。
